2 down 1 to go!!!

Tonight was Kindergarten graduation! She looked so cute in her cap and tassle. I can't believe my 2nd child has now graduated. I can still remember Christmas Eve 2000 when we brought her home from the hospital in a beautiful light snow. With Jenna strapped in her car seat at age 4, and Mikayla in her car seat for the first time, Jeff looked at me and said, "we are a REAL family now!" There are beautiful memories of that night and Christmas morning. We felt we had been given the best Christmas gift ever as we struggled to get pregnant with Mikayla and had a 2 year praying process for her. She is truly a blessing in our lives. She was given the award of "Compassion." She has a very sweet spirit and puts up with a whole lot from the "spunky" (nice way to put it) girls in her class. (straight from her teachers mouth) It may only be kindergarten but it is truly the beginning of the rest of her life- and ours!!
