Mom's Magic Hands

Haley has been sick. She has had a fever for several days now. Yesterday afternoon I asked her, "Haley do you think you still have a fever?" (Meaning, do you still feel really sick.) She put her hands on her forehead and than said, "I don't know mom, I can't tell. You're the one with the 'magic hands'! Use YOUR hands to tell if I have a fever." How true is this! Moms hands can heal and diagnose!

I hope she gets better soon! Our neighbors have all been sick and so far we've mostly escaped (with minor colds). By the way, I did have a cowboy hat, but it was a cheap one with wire edging that my children have since destroyed. :-)
