Thursday July 19th...this morning we left The Black Hills of SD around 7:30 a.m. and arrived in Helena, Montana around 7:30 p.m. We calculated that after gas and bathroom breaks and lunch and dinner we drove about 10 hrs. The girls did sooo good. They enjoyed the scenery and everytime Haley looked out the window she would say, "there's those snow-topped mountains again!" Jenna said, "we traveled 10 hrs!, that was a piece of cake!" Like I said, they did great. We did stop by Crazy Horse Memorial, and The Battle of Little Big Horn. We tried to explain the history as best we could but once again it was over their heads. We travel 6 hrs. tomorrow and then 4 hrs. on SAt. and we will arrive in Kelowna, British Columbia!!! Yeah!!
